So I'm gonna start this off with a fun story.

I went to go visit my girlfriend last weekend and, not having a car yet, I took the bus. And, it gets better, I took a late bus that would be getting into Syracuse at 3:30 in the morning on Friday the 13th.

However, at about 2 on this trip, my bus pulls into a small rest stop in the middle of the boonies (cue the tumbleweed) for a 5 minute stretch break, which turned into an hour wait for a new driver. Yeah, apparently Greyhound thought that it would be a good idea to stop a bus mid-route to change drivers. I still don't know why.

So, I decided to take a quick nap. Mind as well, yes? I wake up some 2 hours later, my cell now telling me it's 4, and the landscape around us telling me we're still, in fact, stopped at the rest stop. I asked the driver, he didn't really tell me much 'cept that we were in a town called "Little Falls". I go back to my laptop and play tetris to kill time. An hour passes. I called my girlfriend, told her what was going on. She offered to come out and pick me up, I told her to wait a little bit. Another hour passes. She's now about to grab a red bull and go pick me up, I tell her to hold on, the bus should be at the rest stop soon. It's now about 6:30 in the morning, and after waiting nearly 5 hours for a new driver, a bus pulls into the rest stop and our new driver boards our bus, but of course we don't get moving for another half-hour.

Finally, at 8:30, 5 hours after our scheduled arrival time, we arrive in Syracuse, with a very tired me and starting off my weekend on a very, very bad note. And here's the kicker: the driver who was told he couldn't go any farther had to ride the bus all the way to Syracuse just to go all the way back to Boston.

I'm gonna do everything I can to avoid taking the bus again.

Anyhow, so apparently there isn't too much time left during the semester. And I still haven't really started any of my finals. I have a paper due next week, a silver ring and a pair of calipers to make, a box for said calipers, and i have to make... something for my welding class. Where did the end of the semester come from? It's like it's ambushing me or something...
